Chiropractor Murray Smith D.C.

Dr. Murray Smith is the co-founder of SHIFT Integrative Medicine serving the Cuyuna Lakes and Brainerd Lakes areas of central Minnesota for over 25 years.

He received his Doctorate from the prestigious Northwestern Health Science University in 1992. He holds a B.S. in Human Biology from NWHSU and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance/Management from the University Of North Dakota.

He is a Nationally Board Certified Acupuncturist. Dr. Smith holds multiple national certifications including:

Chiropractor Dr. Shannon Smith D.C.

Dr. Shannon Smith is the co-founder of SHIFT Integrative Medicine. She received her Doctorate from the prestigious Northwestern Health Science University in 1992. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology from NWHSU. After co-founding their practice in the area 25 ago with her focus on women and children issues, she has been at home raising and home educating their ten children.

She continued to study along side her husband and is now returning on a limited basis bringing her enthusiasm and passion for women's health issues.Together they have developed and taught numerous educational programs on chiropractic, industrial lifting, nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, and a variety of natural healing topics.

These have been presented for international companies, schools, community education programs, radio, and various organizations throughout the region. They have recently launched an educational YouTube series to further educate their patients and the public on significant disorders and natural solutions.
