Dr. Murray & Staff ~ I just wanted to drop a super quick note to say THANK YOU!!!! What a difference a day makes! The "fog" I have had over me for THREE WEEKS is pushed back. It is simply amazing! Just the tiniest of headaches remains....totally "livable". I am so very thankful for all that you and your staff have done to help me along this journey. To think that when I walked in your office for the first time I felt I was at the end of my rope. I had referrals to every specialist under the sun.......thru you amazing care and guidance I am seeing improvements. I am striving to adhere to my "good" food choices and avoid those that were found thru the testing to be sensitivities. It is a tough commitment, but one I know I can do (heck, I was doing it so well and then fell off the wagon!) and one I know I WILL do. Thank you again for your amazing care!

I wish to thank you for your encouragement to have Victoria enter your ADHD study. Thank you really cannot express fully how grateful we are for the change that has come from this for our family.
Last May when we began the ADHD diet and chiropractic treatments I was skeptical to say that least, but I felt there was no other hope. My daughter and I jumped in with both feet and never have regretted this.
Before we undertook this treatment plan we had a daughter who was barely functional in a family or school setting. We were in weekly counseling sessions, she was taking medication to help control her obsessing, and nothing was really helping her be able to cope with daily distractions and school.
Now she is like the little “miracle in our home.” Here is and example: The first week of August is our Vacation Bible School. For five days in a row she was the first one awake, showered, dressed and ready to go. I never once said, “hurry up!” This NEVER happened ever before. NEVER did we have a day with out a “hurry up.” Never have I had five consecutive good days with her leaving the home to be somewhere on time. (At least not since she was an infant and I did everything for her!)
Anyone who thinks a diet and a few vitamins cannot make a difference is greatly mistaken. Your program has changed our life!

“I think I can help you,” you said when I came tottering into your office leaning on a walker and clinging to a friend’s arm. “Pray for patience,” you said when some weeks went by and I hardly could limp to your treatment table.
Then can the day when I walked in on my own power without any devices or assistance, standing tall, thinking to surprise you. But you weren’t surprised. You had said, “I think I can help you!” And YOU DID!

I had a backache
that hurt me all day
So I searched for a doctor
to take the pain away.
I found Dr. Smith
who realigned my spine
now I’m so happy
to be feeling so fine
I learned a lot
In the class I took
about eating healthy
and what to cook.
I’m twelve pounds lighter
than I used to be
and I’m very happy
there is less of me.
Also, I can’t believe
I’m sleeping all night
Something my body
always used to fight.
I used to have a hiatal hernia
that bothered me all day
But now it’s fixed
I’m proud to say.
I used to take a pill
with side effects galore
But thanks to Dr. Smith
I don’t have to take it anymore.
