Where do allergies come from?

Antibiotic overuse is a major cause it leads to confused immune system responses and to killing off the friendly protective bacteria in our GI tracts, which encourages infectous organisms. infectous organisms are linked with leaky gut syndrome, or excessive permeability of the GI tract, partly caused by damaged, leaking walls in the digestive tract that allow food particles into the blood stream. 

The causes of a leaky gut include poor digestion, oral antibiotics, candida infection, viral, bacterial, and parasite infestations, alcohol consumption, over-the-counter painkillers, premature birth, and radiation which lead to food particles leaking into the blood system. Food particles in the digestive tract are normal, but food particles in the blood stream are reacted to as foreign invaders. 

As we develop some of the above problems coupled with a lack of enzymes from our diet, our food is improperly digested. It is not broken down into the small enough particles before it is absorbed. We get pieces of undigested food absorbed with a "leaky gut" lining inflamed from fermented undigested foods. If we use antacids we may help the momentary symptom of heartburn but we suppress the necessary hydrochloric acid to break down the proteins and they ferment and we get heartburn over again and again without fixing the real problem. We now have partially digested carbohydrates, proteins and fats in the blood stream which are now foreign substances to the body.

The immune system over-reacts to substances which it considers foreign invaders and we develop allergies or sensitivities to an ever-increasing number of foods or environmental substances. The immune system is further stressed by an overload of toxins, heavy metal accumulation, electromagnetic pollution, and pollution from air, water and food. 

Many infant immune systems are damaged by too early and too many vaccinations before the immune system has matured. Other causes include the overuse of antibiotics, fungal- yeast infections, birth control pills, over-the-counter painkillers, steroids, and heredity.
